1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Kuraflow collects information necessary to provide our AI-powered script breakdown and scheduling services. This includes:

  • Account information (name, email address) provided during sign-up
  • Screenplay files uploaded for analysis (PDF, DOCX, TXT, FDX formats)
  • Usage data including feature interactions, session duration, and performance metrics
  • Google account information required for Google Sheets integration

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Process and analyze screenplay files to generate breakdowns and schedules
  • Improve our AI models and service quality (aggregated, anonymized data only)
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Communicate important service updates

3. AI PROCESSING DISCLOSURE

Kuraflow uses artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to analyze screenplay content. When you upload a script:

  • Your screenplay text is processed by our AI pipeline to extract characters, props, locations, costumes, and other production elements
  • Script content may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) for processing, subject to their respective privacy policies
  • We do not use your screenplay content to train AI models without your explicit consent
  • Processed data is stored securely and associated with your account

4. GOOGLE SHEETS INTEGRATION

Kuraflow operates as a Google Sheets add-on. When you authorize our integration:

  • We request access to create and modify Google Sheets within your Google Workspace
  • We only access spreadsheets created by or explicitly shared with Kuraflow
  • We do not access your email, Google Drive files, or other Google services beyond Sheets
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Screenplay files and breakdown data are stored on secure, access-controlled servers. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting our support team.

6. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or screenplay content to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, AI processing, analytics), subject to strict data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential data processing
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
